Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and all major Online Payments.
Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days and typically arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Return Policy (Store Credit Only)
We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are eligible for store credit under the following conditions:
Window: You must notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
Fresh Collections: Returns are only free for items from our fresh and new collections.
Sale Items: Returns are NOT possible on sale items. All items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discounts are final sale.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Credit Note: Approved returns will receive a Huesion credit note valid for 6 months.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, we are happy to help:
Exchange Fee: There is a delivery charge of ₹250 for processing an exchange.
Limit: Exchanges are available only once per order.
Window: Please raise your request within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the size is unavailable, a store credit note will be issued.
